Lead Mentors and Support Mentors
Lead Mentor: £44 per hour · Support Mentor: £22 per hour · sessional freelance work
We’re recruiting a pool of creative facilitators to help young people build confidence, explore ideas, collaborate and find their musical voice at Soundwave JAM sessions across Dumfries and Galloway.
You don’t need to be a professional musician. We welcome experience from youth work, participatory arts, production, community music, peer mentoring and other collaborative creative practice.

Marketing and Communications Lead
£25 per hour · approximately four hours a week · 12-month freelance contract
